Cancellation Policy

The Lash Affair requires a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations can be made via txt, email or by leaving a voice mail to our contact number. Failure to notify within the minimum time frame may incur a 50% late cancellation fee, that will be debited against the credit/debit card details submitted with your booking. This fee is non refundable. Debit transaction will occur ONLY at the end of the booked appointment time, and NOT before.
